  • Reach Montana high school students & build relationship with your company earlier  |  It is our goal to help connect our Montana high school students to the opportunities for both college and career early in their search process.  Park High, Shields Valley, Gardiner, and Big Timber students attend this FAIR!
  • Build a pipeline to your company brand & career path earlier  |   Here is a great chance to start a direct relationship with high school students and build that connection early.
  • Connect college & career at the same event ​ | Students will be able to learn the multiple paths to take for different types of careers. 
  • Career Pathway Education - Offer career exploration, relationship building, & mentor contacts earlier  |  Connecting students with career opportunities at the high school level versus waiting until after high school or after college.  We are trying to empower students to connect to a career pathway early in their high school experience.
  • Internships & connection to career earlier  |  High school students can learn about summer employment and internships from the career options.
