Activities Participation
Use the links below to sign up for Arbiter and register your student with our new digital sports registration app. Arbiter will be used to register students for activities and athletics at Park High School. Also, you will find the updated physical form for the 25-26 sports seasons. Students must have a physical dated after May 1st of 2025. These physical forms may be uploaded to Arbiter (ideally) or hard copies given to coaches, the Athletic Director Mr. Cegelski, or Ms. Leininger in the attendance office at PHS.
Creating an Arbiter Account:
We have simplified the registration process, and all waivers are now signed digitally! Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:
- Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account from the activation link automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).
