There is a lot of misinformation around vaping. In 2015, more than a quarter of students in grades 6 through 12 had tried e-cigarettes and that number is only increasing. The issue is that using inhalants, including vaping can have negative effects on your child in many realms. It is also becoming harder to spot vaping devices as more of them are being designed to be sleek, fashionable and easily disguised. The pod versions bear a high resemblance to a flash drive or USB! Please inform yourself on the dangers of vaping and how to talk to your child about it. This is not an "innocent" or "safe" alternative to tobacco smoking, it has serious repercussions all its own.
